Beauty Clinic Terms & Conditions Refund, Cancellation & Treatment Policy

Appointments & Cancellations We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. • Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be charged in full • Repeated missed bookings may require prepayment in advance
⸻ 2. Deposits Some treatments require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are: • Non-refundable • Deducted from the total cost of your treatment Deposits may be transferred to a future booking at our discretion when sufficient notice is given.
⸻ 3. Pre-Paid Courses & Treatment Packages Discounted pre-paid courses are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a course has started: • No refunds will be issued for unused sessions • Unused treatments cannot be exchanged for cash If a client becomes medically unsuitable to continue (including pregnancy or contraindications), we may offer: • Credit towards alternative treatments, or • A transferable gift voucher (valid for a set period) This is offered at the clinic’s discretion.
⸻ 4. Refunds on Treatments We do not offer refunds for treatments already carried out. If you are unhappy with a service, please notify us within 48 hours so we may address your concerns.
⸻ 5. Medical Suitability Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or medications before treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it is not safe or medically appropriate.

Patch Test Policy Patch testing is required for certain treatments, including: • Lash lifts/tinting • Laser hair removal • Tattoo removal • Chemical peels • Semi-permanent makeup Patch tests must be completed at least 24–48 hours prior. Failure to attend may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
⸻ 7. Treatment Results Results vary from person to person depending on skin type, lifestyle and medical history. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and multiple sessions may be required.
⸻ 8. Laser & Tattoo Removal Treatments Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions. Treatment cannot proceed on sunburnt/tanned skin or where contraindicated medications are being taken.
⸻ 9. Chemical Peels & Skin Treatments Clients must disclose the use of retinol, Vitamin A, prescription skincare or recent cosmetic procedures. Redness, sensitivity and peeling may occur as part of the normal healing process.
⸻ 10. Semi-Permanent Makeup These are advanced treatments and results may fade over time. Touch-ups may be required. No refunds are offered once treatment has been performed.
⸻ 11. Anti-Wrinkle Injections & Dermal Fillers Botox and dermal fillers are provided by an independent registered nurse prescriber. These treatments follow the nurse’s own consultation, medical guidelines, and separate policies.
⸻ 12. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may have treatment time reduced or need to reschedule. Full charges may still apply.
⸻ 13. Products & Retail Returns Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Opened or used products cannot be refunded unless faulty.
⸻ 14. Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers are: • Non-refundable • Not exchangeable for cash • Valid only within the stated period
⸻ 15. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any client displaying abusive, inappropriate or unsafe behaviour.
⸻ 16. Personal Belongings We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
⸻ 17. Photography & Marketing Before-and-after photos may be taken for client records. Images will only be used for marketing with written client consent.
