Sarah Pople-Griffiths
Medical Director Sarah has worked as a registered general nurse for nearly 20 years. She is also a qualified Operating Department Practitioner (ODP), where she assisted with cosmetic surgery to ensure operations were carried out as safely and effectively as possible.
Sarah went on to train in non-surgical medicine, such as Botox and facial dermal fillers. She is a fully qualified Nurse Independent Prescriber (NIP) from the University of the West of England and can write prescriptions for medical conditions.
She is an advanced injector of Botox and is qualified to undertake treatments which are restricted to many practitioners in the UK.
Sarah regularly attends seminars and workshops to ensure she brings clients the latest and safest cosmetic treatments.
She said: “I find it very rewarding helping to make people look and feel better. I only specialise in anti-wrinkle treatments, facial fillers and injectable – making sure I’m always top of my game.
“I really care about the way I look, so I can connect and empathise with all my clients. I love meeting new people and giving people back what the years have taken away, which can be life-changing. Many of my clients feel so much more confident knowing they look good.”
Claire Filby
Proprietor Claire has been a qualified beauty therapist for over 20 years and was the first practitioner to introduce Semi permanent make up to Weston super mare.
In 2006 she underwent intensive training in London with one of the most prestigious and respected academy’s in the UK. Claire achieved a Level 4/diploma of Excellence in Semi-Permanent Make-Up.
She later qualified to practice medical Micro-pigmentation, which means she can deal with scar camouflage, permanent make-up to mask hair loss for people with alopecia or cancer, and areola reconstruction following breast surgery.
With almost a decade of experience and knowledge in this industry Claire is often approached to correct and remove work that has been carried out by inexperienced and poorly trained practitioners.
Claire not only specialises in micro pigmentation but has a VTCT level 4 qualification in laser and intense pulse light (IPL) and advanced cosmetic procedures (skin blemish removal)
Claire a busy mum of two boys but in her spare time, she loves to travel , party, swim, cook and enjoy social meals.
Aesthetic Therapist Johanna Murray
Jo is a skilled Beauty therapist and specialises in our 3D Body treatments for contouring, cellulite and fat reduction. Also a personal fitness
instructor Jo has a proven track record for helping clients achieve their body goals.
Jo says “Confidence is beauty, I get satisfaction from improving ones self-esteem whether that might be achieving good skin, body shape, removing
unsightly blemishes or permanently reducing unwanted hair”.
Her growing portfolio of certified training includes Endymed/ Geneo skin tightening, Dermaquest Chemical peels, HIFU, Dermal fillers, Caflon ear
piercing, Sienna spray tan, Level 4 VTCT in Advance cosmetic procedures (vein/blemish removal), Laser & Intense pulse light.

personality makes her very popular with clients and she always goes the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome.
Aesthetic Therapist Amy Headington
Amy kickstarted her beauty career in 2016 and went on to win ‘apprentice of the year’ award, she has since gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the aesthetic industry.
Known as the ‘Brow queen’ Amy’s speciality is brows, including Microblading, lamination and henna.
Amy has a passion for facials and all things skin, always broadening her knowledge in this forever growing industry, she gets a buzz from helping clients look good and feel great.
When home not working, Amy is a busy Mum to two gorgeous children, she enjoys socialising, eating out and travelling.

Yana started her beauty career in 2012 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Having spent 9 years in Switzerland where she ran her own successful beauty business. Yana is passionate and committed to giving every one of her clients a five-star experience, her attention to detail and adoration for skincare has earned her excellent customer feedback from patients.
Yana’s drive for result-based treatments brought her to he aesthetic sector, where she has furthered her qualifications and taken advanced courses in both laser treatments and medical-grade facial treatments in her quest to help every client feel comfortable in their own skin.
When Yana isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her family, keeping active with dog walking , gym classes, and yoga along with volunteering her time to help charity organisations.
