The main cause of wrinkles is a decrease in the amount of collagen and elastin in the skin. These proteins are responsible for our skin’s elasticity, but production drops as we age. The best way to postpone the appearance of wrinkles is to use an SPF to protect your skin from harmful UV rays, avoid smoking, drink plenty of water and follow a good skincare routine, particularly one with a deep acting moisturiser.

MEDICAL GRADE PEELS
For fine lines, a chemical formula can be applied to the face, which gradually allows the upper layers of aged skin to peel away. It is harmless and, certainly for the milder peels, painless. Deeper peels can cause a slight burning sensation, a bit like sunburn. But with our soothing pre and post-application creams, any discomfort is minimised. The peels leave a smoother complexion, with wrinkles being reduced or eliminated entirely. There are different strengths of Medical Grade Peels depending on the depth of your wrinkles. Results and downtime vary according to the type of peel you and your skincare professional choose.
Your muscles contract due to a signal sent from the brain via nerves. Non-surgical Anti-Ageing Injectables work by interrupting this signal, leaving the muscles relaxed and unable to crease the skin. Working under the strictest regulation in the UK, exceeding all mandatory and voluntary regulations, our medical specialist will inject a medically developed solution commonly known as Botox™ into the area to be treated with a fine needle. Administered correctly by a medical practitioner, this can subtly smooth and soften the skin, restoring a natural looking, youthful complexion. DERMAL FILLERS
For deeper, more established wrinkles, Dermal Fillers may be considered. With near immediate results (they develop from 48 hours following treatment) lasting up to 12 months, treatment involves injecting a medically developed solution under the skin with a fine needle to plump and fill lines and grooves. We use a solution called Juvéderm®, which contains Hyaluronic Acid to replace the naturally existing substance in your skin that repairs damaged tissue.
A non-surgical option to help tighten skin sagging. Using radio frequency and ultrasound, the Exilis heats the affected area to stimulate fat lipolysis (fat cells breaking down) and helps to tighten the skin.
